Pebble Street was started by partners who got tired of describing systems they were not allowed to build.
We run the firm itself on autonomous agent infrastructure — research, diligence, modeling, and back-office. The same stack we transfer to clients on day one of an engagement.
The interesting work sits at the seam where raw compute can carry ninety percent of the load and a partner's discernment carries the last, decisive ten. That seam is the entire practice.
We do not scale by hiring. We scale by improving the system. Capacity is bounded by the number of engagements partners can hold in their head at once. That cap is the point.
